摘要
舰船液压系统噪声大,严重影响船员生活。本文结合船用操舵系统,提出直驱式电液伺服系统架构设计,进行系统元件低噪声分析和选型。指出系统噪声源主要来自于液体噪声,并重点针对液压流体冲击噪声进行仿真分析。最后结合噪声源分析和仿真分析,给出进一步降噪设计建议。
In modem time, we all want a quiet life. But the marine steering system produce great noise, which affect the crew life seriously. Because of that, a new low noise steering system is put forward, which adopts the direct drive electro- hydraulic servo system architecture. Aiming at reducing the system noise, low noise components are chosen. The main noise source of whole system is fluid noise. So, in view of the fluid impulsive noise, simulation analysis is carried out. Finally, based on the simulation analysis, the noise reduction design suggestions are given.
