摘要
设计新型液压缓冲制动缸,利用液压控制技术实现该装置的缓冲制动,可实现对驶入装置群的机车车辆速度的准确控制、任意确定点停车和位置保持。并对安装位置受限制的执行件—缓冲制动缸的结构进行设计,建立关键件缸体在受力最大时的数学模型,并应用模糊可靠度的设计方法获得缸体的优化设计结果。
A new hydraulic controlled cushion and brake cylinder was designed. Cushion and brake of the wagon was achieved by the hydraulic control technology, and the accurate control of the trains entering the device group was realized including the speed, parking at random point and keeping the position of the trains. According to the installation requirements of the brake piston, the structure of the cushion and brake cylinder was designed. The mathematical model of cylinder block was established based on the maximum force. The optimization result was obtained by the method of fuzzy reliability.
