摘要
为了保证数控机床高速切削运动的平稳性和连续性,保护机床的进给系统,避免出现因停顿或加速度的突变而造成的较大惯性冲击载荷,从而影响零件的加工质量,提出了一种基于STL数据曲面展开算法的等切削量三维螺旋式刀具平滑运动轨迹规划。在自由曲面加工中避免频繁抬降刀,不同曲面位置等切削量和实现相邻轨迹间平滑过渡的优点,有效的减少刀具的空行程,加减速过程,缩短整个加工时间,同时使刀具承受的载荷更加稳定,因而有利于提高加工表面的质量。为高速数控精加工提供了可靠的条件。
In order to ensure the stability and continuity of the CNC high-speed cutting movement and protect feed system,To avoid the larger inertia impact load caused by the occurrence of a sudden stop or acceleration of the mutation,which can affect the processing quality of parts. A kind of 3D spiral tool path planning based on STL data and surface expansion algorithm is proposed. There are advantages of no tool rising,tool direction smooth and equal cutting amount for different surface currature. These effectively reduce the cutting tool's empty stroke,shorten the processing time,and make the load more stable,so it is advantageous to improve the quality of the machined surface. Provided the reliable condition for the high speed numerical control precision machining.
