摘要
为生成STL模型无干涉的刀具轨迹,利用与顶点相连的各三角面片的法向向量,计算出各顶点的偏置点,并由这些偏置点构造完全由三角面片组成的偏置模型;用平行截面对偏置模型进行切片,在二维空间内对所得交线段进行裁剪与连接处理,得到刀具轨迹。算法实例表明该方法具有可行性。
In order to generate non-interference tool path for STL model, a vertex offset based tool path generation algorithm is introduced. Vertex offset calculation is done using the normal vectors of the triangles that are connected to this vertex, and a new offset model, which consists of triangles, is generated. The tool path can be obtained by cutting triangles of the offset model using parallel plane. A case study has proved that the method has feasibility and practicability.
