摘要
摘要目的分析湖北省公立医院医护人员薪酬制度存在的问题,提出解决策略。方莹以湖北省12家公立医院的1155名医护人员为调查对象,利用描述性统计与x2检验等方法对数据进行统计分析。结果湖北省公立医院医护人员薪酬与市场价值背离,半数左右的医护人员认为薪酬制度不科学、不满意当前收入。结论当前湖北省公立医院医护人员薪酬制度在一定程度上并不科学。
Objective To analyze the problems of the staff salary system in Hubei public hospitals and put forward strategies. Method A survey of 1155 medical workers from 12 public hospitals in Hubei Province was conducted. Descriptive statistics and Chi,square test were used in the research. Result The deviation between present wage degree and market value in Hubei public hospitals exists, nearly half of the medical workers consider that the salary system is u.nscientific, and they are not satisfied with the current income, Conclusion The staff salary system in Hubei public hospitals is not scientific to some extent.
