摘要
采用常规细菌分离鉴定方法和分子生物学技术对四川某规模化猪场疑似副猪嗜血杆菌(Haemophilus parasuis,HPS)感染的病猪关节液、心包液、肺脏等病料进行了致病菌的分离与鉴定.经细菌分离培养特性、生化试验以及16S rDNA序列PCR扩增,确定分离菌株为HPS.动物致病性试验结果表明,分离菌株具有较强致病性.药敏试验表明,该HPS菌株对青霉素、链霉素、磺胺甲唑、林可霉素、苄唑西林等多数抗生素耐受,而对新霉素、头孢噻肟等较敏感.
Isolation and identification of Haemophilus parasuis( HPS) was conducted using conventional methods and molecular biology techniques for a suspected pigs infected lungs,pericardial effusion,synovial fluid and brain tissue and other materials. With isolation by bacterial culture characteristics,biochemical tests and PCR amplification of 16 S r DNA sequences,HPS was identified. Animal pathogenicity test results showed that the HPS strains with strong pathogenicity. Susceptibility test showed that the HPS strains to penicillin,streptomycin,sulfamethoxazole,clindamycin,cloxacillin benzyl,etc. and that is sensitive to neomycin,cefotaxime and so on.
