摘要
试验以福建省建阳市将口镇某养猪场疑似副猪嗜血杆菌病的病猪心包液、肺组织和关节液为病料,进行细菌分离培养,获得疑似菌,经染色镜检、卫星生长现象、生化试验及动物试验的鉴定,结果表明该分离菌符合副猪嗜血杆菌的特性,对小白鼠具有致病性。
In this experiment, get pericardial fluid, Lung tissue and synovial fluid of suspected Haemophilus parasuis disease diseased in a large-scale suburban Fuzhou pig farms. Isolation and culture for bacteria, get suspected bacteria. The identification of Microscopy by staining, the phenomenon of satellite growth, biochemical tests and animal experiments. The results showed that the isolates is in line with the characteristics of Haemophilus parasuis, and of mice with pathogenic.
