摘要
地理空间数据、规划数据、规划业务完美融合是建设"智慧规划"的基础和关键,物联网、云计算、大数据等相关技术的发展给智慧规划建设奠定了技术基础。利用云计算和SOA等技术构建了一个能够提供从"规划研究-规划编制-规划审批-规划监督-批后管理"全生命周期运行的智慧西安规划信息管理平台。并就该平台,分别探讨了与其相关的规划现状、建设目标、平台架构、系统模块设计等问题。目前该系统已能够为规划局、规划各分局提供实时网络在线规划服务,成功服务于"智慧西安"建设。
The perfect integration with Geospatial data、 planning data、 planning work is the foundation and core in building smart planning,at the same time, technologies such as internet ol things、 cloud computing、big data have been established the technology base lor smart planning .The platform have been established lor smart city in Xi＇ an,which can provide the total life services of planning research-planning formation-planning supervision-planning management .In view ol this platform,these works which include planning situation、construction objective、 system skeleton、 model design、and so on are discussed. Moreover, the platform has been able to provide the real time WEB planning services for the planning government,which has succeed to serve in building smart city.
