摘要 随着国家对智能制造战略大力推进,制造业对多轴联动复合加工机床的需求不断增加,给数控程序编制人员的程序编写效率和正确性提出了更高的要求。以DMC 160FD dou BLOCK机床为研究对象,基于UG NX10.0和VERI-CUT7.4平台构建了可立卧转换的五轴车铣复合加工中心虚拟机床,在VERICUT中通过仿真验证了在UG NX10.0CAM中编制的复杂数控程序正确性,极大提高了程序验证效率和现实加工中程序的可靠性。 As our country vigorously promotes the strategy of intelligent manufacturing, the demand of the manufacturing in-dustry for the multi-axes linkage movement combined NC Machine tool is increasing, which puts forward higher request to theprogrammer′s programming efficiency and correctness. This paper takes DMC 160FD douBLOCK machine tool as the researchobject, and constructs the virtual Five-Axes Turning-Milling Composite Machine center with vertical and horizontal conversionbased on the platform of UG NX10. 0 and VERICUT7. 4. Through a turning-milling composite parts, the correctness of com-plex NC program prepared with UG NX10. 0 CAM in VERICUT simulation is verified, which greatly improves the efficiency ofprogram verification and the reliability of program in practical processing.
