摘要
应用NX软件,根据桥式五轴龙门加工中心的结构性能通过按比例建模、虚拟装配、建立运动模型等流程开发出五轴联动高速数控加工中心仿真系统,使整个切削过程在计算机上得以实现,为干涉碰撞现象的预防提供了强大的控制平台。模拟加工后的零件与期望零件可以经过分析对比,优化切削,改善加工品质,同时也大幅提高了工作效率,降低空运转的切削验证成本。
Combined with the structure analysis of the 5-axis bridge type gantry machining center,a simulation system is developed with the processes of scale modeling,virtual assem-bly,motion model building on the basis of NX package.According to reflecting the real cut-ting process on computer,the system provides a powerful control platform for preventing collision.The simulated model and desired model can be analyzed and compared together in this system to optimize the cutting process.This system also can improve the efficiency of development greatly and reduce the cost of dry run for cutting test.
