摘要
通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、教学实验法等研究方法对"体能优先发展"教学模式在田径技术教学中的运用进行分析,并且对田径运动技术的本质特点进行深入分析,并进行了一个完整教学周期的实验。旨在研究田径技术中的运动技术、体能水平、运动成绩三者之间内在联系。研究结果表明:"体能优先发展"教学模式符合运动技术的形成与发展规律,能够提高学生学习田径技术的自信;提高对学习田径技术的主动性、积极性和学习热情,积极改良学习行为和学习习惯,唤醒学生的潜能,进而提高运动成绩;通过体能优先发展的教学模式,可以使学生掌握简单而又基本的科学锻炼方法,为终身体育打下坚实的基础。
By using the literature material law, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method, the teaching experimental research methods, this paper analyzes the priority to the development of physical teaching in track and field teaching technique, deeply analyzes the characteristics of the nature of the track and field sports technology, and conducteds a complete cycle of the experiment teaching. This research aims at researching the inner links among track and field sports technology, physical level and performance. Results show that: physical priority teaching mode accords with the formation and development law of movement technology, it can improve students'learning technology of track and field of self - confidence; Improve the track and field technique in study initiative, motivation and learning enthusiasm, actively improved learning behavior and learning habits, arouse students" potential, and thus improve sport performance; Through the priority to the development of physical teaching mode, the students can master the simple and basic scientific exercise methods, to lay a solid foundation for lifelong physical education.
