摘要
保护环境是我国的基本国策。为推进"十二五"期间环境保护事业的科学发展,加快资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设,2012年1月18日国务院特地制定了《国家环境保护"十二五"规划》,明确指出当前我国环境状况总体恶化的趋势尚未得到根本遏制、环境矛盾凸显、压力继续增大等问题。文章通过对扬州市民环保意识及行为的现状调查,并进一步分析数据和走访调查,为早日解决扬州市存在的尘环境问题献计献策。
Environmental protection is China＇s basic national pol-icy. To advance the scientific development of environmental pro-tection undertakings during the ＂12th five-year plan＂, accelerate the construction of a resource-conserving and environ-ment-friendly society, Ministry of Education specifically formu-lated＂National 12th Five-year Plan for Environmental Protection＂on 18 January, 2012, which clearly pointed out the existing prob-lems, such as the incomplete containment of the present severe trend of China＇s environmental status, prominent environmental contradictions, and increasingly heavy pressure. Through an in-vestigation on the current situation of Yangzhou citizens＇ aware-ness and behavior of environmental protection, this paper further analyzes the data and makes interviews, hoping to make some proposals for the settlement of dust pollution in Yangzhou City.
