摘要
在我国社会主义新农村建设的同时,农村环境污染问题凸显,主要表现在:点源污染与面源污染共存,工业污染与生活污染叠加,各种新旧污染相互交织,工业及城市污染向农村转移,城乡生态发展不平衡的矛盾凸显。针对当前我国农村环境污染的主要问题,提出了社会主义新农村环境保护的对策。
In recent years, at the same time of the construction of a new socialist countryside in China, environmental pollution problems in rural areas such as the coexistence of point source pollution and non-point source pollution, industrial pollution and domestic pollution overlaying, the old and new pollution interweaving, industrial and urban pollution to the countryside, highlights of the uneven nature of urban and rural eco-development, and proposed a new socialist rural environmental protection countermeasures.
