摘要
随着陕北油田开发的不断深入,水平井已经逐步成为开发的主流,但由于各区块是多年施工的老区块,区域跨度较大,地层岩性差别较大,防碰形势日趋严峻,并且存在不同层位的滚动开发,轨迹控制思路很难统一。对防碰技术、入窗点技术要点、水平段的精细化控制、优化钻井参数,提高滑动效率等技术和方法进行了分析,根据分析结果选择对水平井轨迹有效控制的技术及优化钻井参数和钻具组合,经现场应用证明整体钻井提速效果显著。
With the development of Shanbei Oilfield,the horizontal well has become the main tendency.As each block has been aged with wider span,bigger straigraphic lithology difference,and crash-protection situation being serious,and the existence of overlapped development,the trajectory control becomes harder to unify.For the crash-protection technology,window-entry technology,fine control of horizontal segment,drilling parameter optimization,and sliding technology efficiency increase are analyzed.Following the result of analysis to choose effective control and optimized parameters for combination of drilling tools,the on-site application proves that the total drilling speed is obvious.
