摘要 QHD32-6油田于2001年10月投入生产,该油田属河流相沉积,储层分布非常复杂。为了最大程度地动用油田石油地质储量,提高经济效益,在油田现有开发井的基础上,结合油田生产现状,决定在原有的丛式井平台上补钻水平分支井QHD32-6-D27ma井。文中介绍了QHD32-6-D27ma井的钻井及完井技术难点及应对措施,包括井眼防碰技术、领眼钻井技术、地质导向钻井技术、分支井眼侧钻技术、大斜度井段固井质量检测技术、克服摩阻技术、油层保护技术和裸眼内下入筛管的完井技术。另外,还对所用的Schlumberger公司的PowerDrive旋转导向工具做了介绍。 The QHD32-6 oilfield belongs to complicated fluvial facies reservoirs. The horizontal fishbone well QHD32-6-D27ma is drilled on old cluster well production platform in order to improve oil production and increase economic benefit. The drilling and completion technologies in QHD32-6-D27ma, including wellbore anti-collision technology, pilot drilling technology, geo-steering drilling technology, branch hole sidetracking technology, cementing quality detecting technology of high angle wellbore, frictional drag overcoming technology, reservoir protection technology and open hole with screen completion technology were introduced.In addition, the rotary-steering tool PowerDrive made by Schlumberger company was introduced, too.
