摘要
受施工工艺限制,分支井管柱防转能力往往较差,在开窗或斜向器回收过程中可能发生斜向器转动的情况,导致无法确定真实的开窗方向,从而严重影响分支井完井施工窗口对正。针对此问题,研发了一种刚性防转结构,采用键槽配合的方式实现管柱防转及调角差功能,具备抵抗65kN·m抗扭能力,调角度最大偏差不大于6°,能够满足现场开窗及后期定向钻进要求,解决了现有开窗调角差管柱防转能力差的难题。
Limited by construction technology,the anti rotation ability of branch well string is often poor,In the process of opening a window or recovering a deflector,the deflector may rotate,which makes it impossible to determine the true opening direction,Therefore,the window alignment of branch well completion is seriously affected.To solve this problem,a rigid anti rotation structure is developed,The key groove matching method is adopted to realize the anti rotation and angle adjustment function of the string,which has the anti torsion ability of 65kn.M,and the maximum angle adjustment deviation is not more than 6 °,The utility model can meet the requirements of on-site windowing and later directional drilling,and solves the problem of poor anti rotation ability of the existing windowing and angle adjusting string.
