智能油井管在石油勘探开发中的应用与发展前景 被引量:7

摘要 指出了钻井液脉冲无线随钻传输以及在井下用电池或涡轮发电机供电所存在的问题。先进的钻井、完井、采油技术需要既能由地面向井下输送足够的电能以电控井下仪表、传感器等钻井硬件,同时又能建立104-106bps的超高速率传输多类参数的有线实时双向闭环钻采信息"高速公路"。介绍了智能钻柱的形成与发展,指出了智能油井管在石油勘探开发中应用的功能、优点及发展前景,提出了智能钻杆的设计、研制方案及与智能钻柱配用的多种电控井下硬件等创新点,认为智能油井管是实现智能钻井、完井和建设智能油井以及智能化油田的技术关键和创新工程。 This paper points out the problems of mud pulse-MWD and electric supply powered by batteries or turbine under downhole, The techniques of advanced drilling, completion and production require both transmit enough electric power from surface to downhole in order to electrically control the downhole instruments, sensors and some hard-wares as well as establish realtime two-directional closed-loop drilling, while has 104-106bps high-speed transmitting ability to transmit 40~50 parameters and multiplexing data flow on the 'highway'. The paper reviews the development of oil well intellipipes, describes the function and advantages of the intellipipes used in petroleum explorations and productions, this paper briefly introduces the current researching situation and technical programs, designs the methods of how to insert the electrical wires and isolated layers inside the drillpipe, primarily considers some downhole hard-wares fitting with the intellipipes. The paper also has given the diagram of the intelligent drillstring data flow system, emphasizes that the intellipipe is the key technique and innovating engineering for smart drilling, completion and production.
