摘要
在导向钻井工具的井下姿态实时测量过程中,导向钻井工具井眼轨迹的可靠控制十分重要。针对导向钻井工具姿态测量的可靠性问题提出了一种双三轴加速度计姿态测量方法,通过理论分析及推导,给出了姿态参数求解和信号有效性判断公式,进行实验验证可行性及正确性,并建立了系统重构方案。可通过对两个加速度计的数据进行计算得出井斜角和方位角,提升了测量的可靠性。
In the process of real-time measurement of the downhole attitude of the steering drilling tool,the reliable control of the trajectory of the steering drilling tool is very important.Aiming at the reliability problem of steering drilling tool attitude measurement,a dual-triaxial accelerometer attitude measurement method is proposed.Through theoretical analysis and derivation,the attitude parameter solution and signal validity judgment formula are given,and experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility and correctness.,And established a system reconstruction program.The inclination angle and the azimuth angle can be obtained by calculating the data of the two accelerometers,which improves the reliability of the measurement.
