摘要
目的：探讨老年糖尿病并发症的主要类型及发生规律。方法：选取某院在2014年5月-2015年5月收治的88例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,对本组患者的糖尿病并发症发生情况进行回顾性分析,总结糖尿病并发症与病程、血糖、血脂、体重的关系。结果：老年糖尿病的并发症类型包括高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病肾病、周围神经病变、视网膜病变、脑梗塞、脑出血、糖尿病足等,且以高血压病的发生率最高,为54.55%。糖尿病常见并发症的发病风险与病程、体重、血脂水平、血糖控制情况均具有显著相关性。结论：老年糖尿病患者多合并各种慢性并发症,临床对老年糖尿病要做到早诊断、早治疗,有效控制血脂、血糖水平,以延缓并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the main types and occurrence regularity of elderly diabetes complications. Methods： 88 cases of elderly diabetes treated in a hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were taken as the research object , whose complications were retrospectively analyzed and the complications of diabetes and the course of the disease, the relationship between blood glucose, blood lipid, weight were summarized. Results： Elderly diabetes complications includes hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, peripheral neuropathy, retinopathy and cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, diabetic foot,etc.,and at the highest of the incidence was hypertension, 54.55%. Risk of diabetes complications has significant correlation with duration, body weight, lipid levels, blood sugar control. Conclusion： Elderly patients with diabetes merged all kinds of chronic complications. In clinic, it should early diagnose and treat senile diabetes and effective control of blood lipids, blood glucose levels in order to delay the occurrence of complications.
