摘要
在对罐头加工企业排放的果胶废水水质进行充分分析和研究的基础上，成功开发了果胶废水处理专用的新型TEQF高效气浮机和果蔬行业专用叠螺式脱水机，并在浙江某罐头加工企业的废水改造工程上进行了成功应用。该项目改造后，最终出水CODcr常年维持在50-150 mg/L，远低于当地要求的CODcr＜500 mg/L的纳管标准，同时解决了污泥脱水难、废水处理系统运行不稳定等问题。
After fully analyzing and researching the quality of pectin wastewater from canned food processing enterprise, new TEQF efficient air flotation clarifier special for pectin wastewater treatment and multi-plate screw press dewatering machine special for fruit and vegetable industry were successfully developed. They were also successfully used for a canned processing enterprise wastewater treatment modification project in Zhejiang Province. After modification, the concentration of C0DCr in final effluent is remaining around 50 ？150 mg/L throughout the year,which is far below the local sewage network standard of 500 mg/L. Moreover, this modification project also solved some other problems, such as difficult sludge dewatering and unstable operation of wastewater treatment system.
