摘要
利用果胶废水中的Al(Ⅲ )和石灰乳沉淀 ,并用炉渣、活性碳脱色的方法 ,处理盐析法提取果胶的工艺废水。通过正效实验 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。该工艺处理后的废水 ,Al(Ⅲ )去除率 96 .8% ,CODcr去除率为 92 .7% ,SO4 2 -去除率为 6 1.5 % 。
Using Al(Ⅲ) in pectin wastewater and lime white for precipitation,and using slag and activted carbon for decoloration,the wastewater from the process of extracting pectin by the salting out method is treated.Through orthogonal experiments,the best technical parameters are determined.The removal rates are 96.8%,92.7%and 61.5% for Al(Ⅲ),CODcr and SO 4 2- ,respectively with relatively small sludge production.
