摘要
本文以科技馆专业委员会2015年《全国科技馆辅导员职业现状》调查为依托,通过对现有辅导员的年龄结构、专业背景、职称情况、收入状况、在职培训以及职业内容等指标的数据分析,得出目前科技辅导员职业存在人员结构不合理、职业定位不明晰、职业晋升渠道不畅通、在职培训缺乏系统化和提升性等问题,并重点从科技辅导员职业发展路径的角度,围绕职业定位、职业发展阶梯和辅助机制三方面进行整合和梳理。
Special Committee of Science and Technology Museums made a survey on the present status of science instructors in science centers in our country in 2015. On the analysis of some indexes on age structure, academic background,professional title, annual income,on-the-job training and career contents,etc,this paper tries to come to a conclusion that there exist a number of problems in the career of science instructors, such as unreasonable staff structure, unclear professional orientation,not too smooth career promotion channels and unsystematic,and upgrade of on-the-job training etc. In a nutshell, this paper comes up with some suggestions for the sound development, among which to establish the career development path for science instructors by mainly analyzing the career orientation, career development ladder and auxiliary mechanismis an important measure.
