摘要
乡村民宿作为农家乐的升级版本,在近年来迎来了飞速的发展,但在发展的同时但存在着政府主管部门不明确,相关法律法规缺失、资金压力大、组织起步晚、民宿产品本身不够完善及经营者素质不高等问题。文章提出了针对性的对策如加强政府监管、制定民宿标准、建立民宿行业组织、加强民宿管理、丰富营销手段等,以期为我国乡村民宿的发展提供借鉴意义。
as an upgrade version of The Rural Tourism of Farmhouse Enjoyment the B＆B industry got a rapid development in recent years and made a lot of achievements,however there are some problems in the development of the B＆B industry such as government departments duty is not clear,lack of relevant laws and regulations,the pressure of getting financical support to extend the scale of the B＆B industry,organization started late, the industry standard is not perfect,bed and breakfasts product itself is not perfect,the operator needs to be improved quality,marketing awareness is not strong and other issues.Proposes to strengthen government regulation,the development of B＆B standards, establish B ＆ B industry organizations,to strengthen the B＆B management,use various forces to strengthen the construction of infrastructure and facilities,combined with the current fashion, insist on creative win,training of professionals,rich marketing tool based on the above issues the method,in order to provide reference for the development of rural B＆B in China.
