摘要
新时代我国传媒产业的发展呈现出新特点,随着发展规模的扩张和业态的多样化,强化传媒产业发展的法律规制作用日益重要,已成为引导传媒产业有序健康发展必不可少的重要环节。长期以来我国传媒产业的发展受制于传统观念的影响和社会背景的局限,在法律规制层面存在一些问题,亟需通过创新管理理念、健全法律体制等举措来加以完善。
In the new era,the development of China's media industry has presented new characteristics.With the expansion of development scale and diversification of business formats,the use of laws and regulations to strengthen the development of the media industry has become increasingly important,and has become an indispensable part of guiding the orderly and healthy development of the media industry.Since the development of China's media industry has been constrained by the influence of traditional concepts and the limitations of social background for a long time,there are some problems in the legal regulation which should be improved through innovative management concepts and sound legal systems.
