摘要 针对当前电子式电流互感器工程应用中存在的问题,研制了一种基于低功率线圈的高压无源电子式电流互感器,并完成电子式电流互感器用低功率测量线圈、低功率保护线圈及远端模块等各部分设计与制造,弥补了传统罗氏线圈作为保护电流传感器所存在的固有缺陷。同时,针对电子式电流互感器制造过程中各个环节存在的主要问题,介绍了设计思路和解决方案,并建立试验条件,对研制的1台110 k V样机进行了室温条件下的准确度进行了测试,试验验证了低功率线圈作为电子式电流互感器保护电流传感器的可行性。 To repair the inherent defects of the Rogowski coil as it performs in the role of protective current transducer, a kind of electronic current transformer without power supply at primary side was developed based on low-power coil, in which the low-power protection coil, low-power measurement coil, and remote module were designed and produced. The design ideas and solutions to the main problems existing in every phase of production process of the electronic current transformer are described in this paper. Test was conducted to measure the accuracy of a prototype of 110 kV electronic current transformer at room temperature, and the result verifies the feasibility of the low-power coil as protective current transducer for the electronic current transformer.
