摘要
为进一步提高传统高压手车式断路器的智能化程度,介绍了在手车式断路器内部集成电子式互感器及综保装置的主单元,采用增强综保装置硬件系统电磁兼容性的方法,研制了一二次部分高度融合的12kV新型智能化手车式断路器。为验证该智能化手车式断路器在运行状态下的工作可靠性,设计了联合调试试验方案,对一次回路分别施加额定电流1250A及模拟故障电流1.8kA和31.5kA,试验结果表明:该断路器能正确检测、判断正常电流和故障电流,配用的综保装置能正确判断并发出动作指令,断路器能正确执行指令并进行操作,成功开断故障电流.
To improve the intelligent degree of traditional high-voltage handcart circuit breakers, the electronic transformer and the main unit of integrated protection device were integrated in the circuit breaker, and the methods for enhancing the electromagnetic compatibility of hardware system of the integrated protection device were adopted, as a result, a new 12 kV intelligent handcart circuit breaker with deep fusion of primary and secondary parts was developed. A testing program was designed to verify the working reliability of the intelligent equipment in running state, in which the rated current of 1 250 A and the simulated fault currents of respective 1.8 and 31.5 kA were applied to the primary loop. Testing result shows that this circuit breaker can correctly detect normal and fault current, the integrated protection device in the equipment can make right judgement and quickly send out the instruction of cutting off fault current, the circuit breaker can operate correctly after receiving the instruction and perform tripping operation to switch off the fault current.
