基于教师满意度的高校信息化绩效评价研究 被引量:7

Performance Evaluation of University Education Informatization Based on Teachers Satisfaction

摘要 20世纪末以来,在信息化的推动下,高等教育加快了变革步伐。为了解高等学校教育信息化的建设成效,以其用户主体——教师作为调查对象,对高校信息化绩效进行评价研究。结果显示:教师对高校教育信息化的总体评价为良,在其信息化的四个维度中,教师对基础设施信息化的评价最高,对教学信息化的评价最低。结合单因素方差分析的结果发现,教师所在的高校类型和专业类型以及教师性别和工作年限对信息化总体绩效评价结果存在显著影响。在高校信息化的四个维度中,学校类型对教师在信息化基础设施、教学信息化、信息化管理方面评价的影响显著;专业类型对教师在教学信息化、科研信息化、信息化管理方面评价的影响显著;工作年限对教师在信息化基础设施、教学信息化、信息化管理方面评价的影响显著;性别要素对教师在科研信息化、信息化管理方面的评价影响显著;职称要素仅在教学信息化维度上对教师的评价有显著影响;学历要素在教师对高校信息化各个维度的评价方面不存在影响。本研究认为,我国高校信息化建设存在不均衡现象,管理部门和高校需着手解决该问题;高校的信息化服务模式较为单一,应基于服务对象的不同背景,建立差异化服务模式。 Since the end of twentieth century, information technology has swept through colleges and universities, and it has brought about the transformation of higher education. In order to know the effectiveness of the construction of the higher education informatization, researches on the evaluation of university informatization performance has been implemented in which teacher are the investigation object. The results show that: the overall evaluation of teachers on college education informatization is good; among the four dimensions of information technology, the evaluation on basic facilities is the highest, and the evaluation on teaching information is the lowest. Combined with the results of single factor analysis of variance, it is found that there are significant differences in the impact of teachers' college type and professional type, as well as teachers' gender and work experience on the overall performance evaluation results. The information infrastructure, information technology and information management are influenced by the teachers' college type significantiy; the teaching informatization, research informatization and information management aspects are influenced by the type of teacher's major significantly; the evaluation of teachers in the information infrastructure, teaching informatization and information management are impacted by teacher's working life; the gender factor only influences the scientific research informatization and information management aspects; the factor of teacher's title only influences the teaching informatization dimension; while the factor of teacher's educational background has no effect on university education informatization.
