摘要
[目的]为改善烤烟土壤环境及提高烤后烟叶产质量提供科学依据。[方法]通过田间小区试验,以微生物菌剂为研究对象,共设7个处理,即10、25、50、100、150 g/株微生物菌剂、不施肥(CK)和常规烟草专用肥,研究施用微生物菌剂对植烟土壤环境及烤后烟叶产质量的影响。[结果]施用微生物菌剂能显著提高土壤脲酶活性、土壤蔗糖酶活性和土壤过氧化氢酶活性;在土壤微生物含量上,施用微生物菌剂平均比CK提高了62.68%,表明施用微生物菌剂可以促进土壤生物活动,有利于土壤有机质的转化和烟株正常生长所需的营养平衡;施用微生物菌剂可增加叶片面积,提高烟叶质量,改善烤后烟叶内在化学成分协调性,产值和产量平均值比CK和单施化肥分别增加了33.74%、15.42%和13.60%、5.44%。[结论]施用微生物菌剂能够有效改善植烟土壤环境,提高烤烟产质量。
Abts rac t [Objective] The aim was to provide scientific basis for perfecting soil environment and improving yield and quality of flue-cured to-bacco.[Method]Through field experiment , with microbial inoculum as study object, setting up 7 treatments, namely 10, 25, 50, 100, 150 g/microbial inoculum, without fertilizer(CK) and conventional special fertilizer for tobacco, effects of applying microbial inoculum on tobacco growing soil environment and yield, quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied.[Result] The results showed that application of microbial inocu-lum could significantly increase soil urease activity, invertase activity and catalase activity;On the content of soil microbial biomass,application of microbial inoculum improved 62.68%than CK, indicating that the application of microbial inoculum could promote activity of soil biota to soil organic matter transformation and normal growth of tobacco plants required nutrition;The application of microbial inoculum could increase leaf ar-ea and improve the quality of tobacco , enhance intrinsic chemical composition coordination of tobacco , production value and average yield in-creased 33.74%, 15.42% and 13.6% and 5.44%respectively than CK and chemical fertilizer.[Conclusion] The application of microbial fer-tilizer can effectively improve tobacco growing soil environment, increase its yield and quality.
