微生物菌剂对植烟连作土壤酶活性的影响 被引量:42

摘要 采用盆栽试验,研究了微生物复合肥、摩西球囊霉、幼套球囊霉、根内球囊霉对烤烟连作土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:1)微生物复合肥、摩西球囊霉和根内球囊霉处理的脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性,幼套球囊霉处理的脲酶和磷酸酶活性,CK的脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性均在烤烟整个生育期中呈"升-降-升-降"的双峰变化趋势,且它们均在移栽后65 d和98 d时出现活性高峰。2)与CK相比,微生物复合肥、摩西球囊霉、幼套球囊霉均能不同程度地提高连作土壤中蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性,而根内球囊霉只对连作土壤中蔗糖酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性有明显的提高作用。综合评价不同微生物菌剂处理对烤烟连作土壤中4种酶活性的影响,认为微生物复合肥、摩西球囊霉改善烤烟连作土壤酶活性的效果较好,其次为幼套球囊霉和根内球囊霉。3)4种酶的相关分析显示,蔗糖酶与磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶与脲酶呈极显著正相关,脲酶与磷酸酶、蔗糖酶呈显著正相关,表明4种酶之间在酶促反应时存在着相互促进的作用。 The response of enzyme activities in the soil after continuous cropping of flue-cured tobacco,brought about by microbial agents,including microbe-manure,Glomus mosseae,Glomus etunicatum and Glomus intraradices,was studied with pot experiments.The results showed that: 1)The urease,phosphatase,invertase and catalase activities of microbe-manure,Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices treatments,the urease and phosphatase activities of Glomus etunicatum treatment,and the urease,invertase and catalase activities of the control displayed the same double-peak profiles throughout the growth stage of tobacco plants,and the two peaks appeared respectively at 65d and 98d after transplanting.2)Comparing with the control,the activities of the mentioned enzymes in the soil were increased by microbe-manure,Glomus mosseae and Glomus etunicatum treatments to different extents,and only the activities of urease,phosphatase and catalase were obviously improved by Glomus intraradices treatment.The comprehensive evaluation in point of enzyme activities indicated that microbe-manure and Glomus mosseae were better,followed by Glomus etunicatum and Glomus intraradices.3)The correlation analysis showed that there were extremely significantly positive correlations between invertase and phosphatase,catalase and urease,urease significantly positively correlated with phosphatase and invertase.It means that mutual promotion exists among the enzymes when enzymatic reaction occurring.
