摘要
本文利用有限元方法对HL-2M真空室塞焊强度进行分析,根据ANSYS软件计算结果,应用ASME标准进行评价。经过两次优化设计,确定真空室两层壳体之间的加强筋板结构,给出塞焊点尺寸及间距值。并通过模拟件的试制以及烘烤试验,进一步确定该优化结果及给出平行流道的设计建议。
Structural analysis was performed, by the finite element method, for the outer wall and reinforce ribs connected by plug welds in HL-2M vacuum vessel. The results from ANSYS software was evaluated by ASME code. The design of the reinforce ribs, size of plug welds and spacing of welds was given after two design optimization. Design suggestion for parallel flow path was provided and optimization results was obtained though trial manufacturing and baking experiment.
