摘要
为解决工程结构中裂纹补强板塞焊孔的设计参数优化问题,使用有限元法计算裂纹尖端的J积分值,以此分析补强板的塞焊孔直径、间距及数量等设计参数对裂纹补强性能的影响。结果表明,在国家标准(GB50661-2011)规定的范围内,塞焊孔之间的间距越小,塞焊孔直径越大,补强板的补强性能越好。对于确定的裂纹,在裂纹两端沿裂纹方向增加塞焊孔,可提高补强板的补强性能,并且在裂纹两端各增加3列时,补强性能达到最大值;而在垂直裂纹方向增加塞焊孔,会使补强板的补强性能减弱。
In order to solve the optimization problem of the design parameters of the plug welding hole of the reinforced plate in the engineering structure,the J integral value of the crack tip was calculated by using the finite element method.So as to analyze the influence of the design parameters such as the diameter,spacing and number of the plug welding holes of the plate on the rein-forcement performance.The results show that,within the range stipulated by the national standard(GB50661-2011),the smaller the spacing between the plug and welding holes,the larger the diameter of the plug and welding holes,the better the rein-forcement performance of the reinforced plate.For a certain crack,the performance of the reinforcement plate can be improved by adding plug welding holes along the crack direction at both ends of the crack,and the performance can reach the maximum when three rows are added at each end of the crack.Adding plug welding holes in the vertical crack direction will weaken the perfor-mance of the reinforcement plate.
