摘要
由拉伸和疲劳试验,测定了冷凝器用钛螺纹槽冷却管的力学参数;对螺纹槽管进行了疲劳强度计算,并采用边界元和有限元法对螺纹槽管的应力集中进行了数值分析及静载强度计算。计算结果表明,适当设置膨胀节后,冷却管的强度足够。最后对一些问题进行了讨论。
The mechanical parameters of the cooling tube with spiral flute were measured by the tension and fatigue tests. The stress concentration analysis was done by the finite element method and boundary element method. The fatigue strength and the strength under the static load were calculated. The conclusion was given that the cooling tube suffices for strength when the expanding node is installed suitably. At last some problems were discussed. The analysis method can be referenced by the engineering people.
