摘要
简述端子在线切割工艺要求、关键技术指标和技术难点,提出实现全自动上下料、切割、边条去除和检测等的解决方法,并研究了刀轮角度选择原则和切割压力、下压量及切割速度等工艺参数的设置。使用DQJ-1300端子切割机实现了Q-Panel端子的在线自动切割工艺。
Briefly introduce the cutting process requirement, the key technical indicators and technical difficulties of TFT-LCD Q-Panel, put forward the solution to realize automatic up-down material, cutting, removal of dummy and test, and study the selection principles of cutting knife wheel angle, and the setting of process parameters such as cutting pressure, Press volume, cutting speed and so on. The in-line automatic cutting process for Q-Panel is realized using the DQJ-1300 terminal cutting machine.
