摘要
主要阐述了LCD玻璃划线机工作原理和装配调试中所出现的误差情况;具体分析了各种误差会对LCD显示屏造成何种缺陷。根据LCD玻璃划线机结构,制定合理的测试误差方法,依据装配过程中的大量实测数据,做图分析,从图中分析了误差如何产生,并就较大的误差进行验证计算,找到系统误差的根源,指出了具体的改进措施。该误差分析方法及注意事项对相关LCD划线机的装配及测试具有重要的指导作用。
Mainly introduce the work principle of LCD glass scriber and the all kinds of errors in assembly,analyse all errors which influence LCD glass;draw the picture according to the measuring data,from the picture estimate the errors how to come from and prove that the judgments is true through calculating the rigidity of liner bearing;find the source of the main error,appoint out how to take measures for the errors and what is the key point in the assemble.This errors analysis method and attention play an important role in other LCD glass scriber assemble and test.
