摘要
目的探讨延迟断脐30秒对极低出生体重儿生后窒息的影响。方法 80例极低出生体重儿随机分两组:A组为常规组,分娩后10秒内立即断脐,B组延迟断脐30秒。观察出生后窒息发生率,Apgar评分,生后20分钟内动脉血气分析。结果延迟断脐组窒息发生率明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),1分钟、5分钟Apgar评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。动脉血气p H值、剩余碱明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对极低出生体重儿延迟断脐30秒能明显减少其窒息发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of delayed omphalotomy 30 seconds on asphyxia in very low birth weight infants (VLBWI). Methods 80 cases of VLBWI were randomly divided into 2 groups, A (immediate〈10 s), B (delay 30 s). Then observe the incidence of asphyxia, Apgar score and arterial blood gas analysis in 20 minutes after birth. Results Outcomes were the incidence of asphyxia was obviously decreased in B group(P〈0.05), 1, 5 minutes Apgar score increased signiifcantly (P 〈0.05) and higher blood pH value and BE were shown in B group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Delayed omphalotomy 30 seconds can reduce the incidence of asphyxia in VLBWI.
