摘要
针对目前只有高程控制的拖挂式激光平地机,在不平整地面进行平整土地时,机具产生倾斜而导致平整精度与效率低下的问题,设计一种机具刀架自动平衡调节装置,构建平衡调节的数学模型以及给出机具的系统设计解决方案,为扩大其应用场合,改进与提高平整精度(≤1cm)与效率(单次作业)进行有益的探索与研究。
According to the present only elevation control of pull-type laser grader,when flat land in the uneven ground,the shortcomings of the existing trailed laser land leveling machine are analyzed and a self-balancing adjustment device fixed on the machine rack is proposed in an attempt to expand its use scope,improve and enhance the leveling precision and efficiency.To enlarge its applications,increase the leveling accuracy(≤1cm)and efficiency(single homework)carry on the beneficial exploration and research.
