摘要 针对我国土地集约化农业耕作现状,设计了具有农田耕作标准化、精细化平整特点的JPD-360型旱地激光平地机。通过性能测试和生产试验,该设计样机技术参数和作业指标符合要求,具有激光控制限深装置,自动完成高处刮土、拖土、集土和低洼处卸土等技术创新。试验数据和结果分析证明:该平地机在功能上有技术创新、性能稳定可靠、生产效率高,解决了适应性差和作业抖动造成信号中断失准等问题,具有较好的经济效益和推广价值。 According to current situation of our country land intensive farming, through comparison, research, design and test, the design has the characteristics of farmland cultivation standardization, fine smooth JPD - 360 type of dry laser grader. Through performance test and production test, the design prototype technology parameters and operation inde- xes meet the requirements, with laser control limit deep device, automatic scraper, drag finish high soil, soil and low- lying place unloading soil such as technology innovation. Test data and results analysis, also proved that the study design, technical innovation on the function, stable and reliable performance and high production efficiency, solved the a- daptability and homework dithering signal interruption in phrase, has good economic benefits and popularizing value.
