温室电动旋平机控制系统研究

摘要 针对温室土地粗放性耕作、耗时费力和污染等问题,设计了高效、无污染的温室电动旋平机。该机将激光扫平技术、旋耕技术、调平技术和蓄电池直流驱动技术有机结合,实现了温室地表旋松与平整。利用电推杆正反向独立调平,试验表明:该机旋平精度高,可满足温室土地平整要求。 According to the problem of rough tillage of greenhouse land, waste time, laborious work and pollution etc, e- lectric revolving level machine of greenhouse was designed with the efficient and pollution-free characteristic. It is the or- ganic combination with laser scan technique, rotary tillage technique, adjustab[e level technique and DC driving tech- nique of storage battery to achieve the rotary looseness and level greenhouse ground. Electric push rod is utilized to fulfill the unattached adjusting level of the positive and negative direction. The test shows that the revolving level precision of e- lectric revolving level machine of greenhouse is high. It can satisfy with the smooth request for the greenhouse ground.
