摘要
混合所有制职业院校要为职业教育服务,更要谨慎推进。学生发展和社会公平等利益的维护是混合所有制职业院校与混合所有制企业的本质区别。混合所有制层面的校企合作虽然为企业带来了利益,但也为校企双方增加了冲突、限制以及风险。混合所有制职业院校治理带来了一些变化,但是否能提升教职工积极性,是否突破单一治理,是否能满足企业需求,还需要进一步思考。因而,探索混合所有制职业院校建设要坚守育人目标,正视校企合作的限制和冲突,明确企业参与院校治理的底线。
Servicing for the vocational education, mixed ownership vocational schools needs boost cautiously. The difference between the mixed ownership vocational school and enterprise are maintaining students' development and social equity. School-enterprise cooperation brings benefit, however, takes more conflicts and bigger risks. Changes will happen because of mixed ownership management, but it is need to further research how to improve the teachers' motives, break single governance and meet employers' demands. Therefore, exploring mixed ownership vocational schools development, we need to stick to cultivate students, have correct view of limits and conflicts of school-enterprise cooperation and definite the bottom line of enterprise join in school management.
