摘要
在新时期，要办好高等职业技术教育，必须要有先进的办学理念、创新型的教学方法、超前的管理模式、精干的教学团队，这些是办好高职教育的关键因素，更是示范性职业院校建设的必备条件。
The key facotors to run a high vocational college well are as follows： advanced concept to run a school, innovated teaching methods, beyond--going administration mode and highly--capable teaching team, which are also the necessary condition for the building of demonstrating college.
