摘要
目的:观察俞募配穴埋线疗法对原发性胆汁返流性胃炎(BRG)的临床疗效观察及胃镜影响。方法:将72例原发性胆汁返流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组35例。治疗组采用俞募配穴埋线法,对照组采用俞募配穴针刺法,治疗1疗程(28 d)后观察两组前后临床症状、胃镜下胆汁返流程度改变。结果:埋线组临床总有效率为89.19%,针刺组为80.00%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。埋线组可有效改善原发性胆汁返流性胃炎患者上腹部疼痛、嗳气、恶心、泛酸/吐酸、不适感等常见临床症状,并明显改善其胃镜下胆汁返流程度,使原发性胆汁返流性胃炎患者的胃黏膜趋于正常化。结论:俞募配穴埋线疗法能有效调节原发性胆汁返流性胃炎患者胃肠道不适感等临床症状,并改善胆汁返流程度,增强胃蠕动,使原发性胆汁返流性胃炎患者的胃黏膜趋于正常化。
Objective： To used randomized controlled clinical research method to assess therapeutic effect of Shu Mu Combination by Thread Embedding Therapy in primary Bile Reflux Gastritis（ BRG）. Methods： Sevtenty-two cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group were treated with Shu Mu Combination by thread embedding therapy and the control group were treated with Shu Mu Combination by electroacupuncture. After 28 days,the scores of clinic symptoms,degree of bile reflux and Gastric mucosa under gastroscopy were observed for comparing with those before treatment. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 89. 19% while that of the control group was 80. 00%,the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The results indicate that the clinical curative effect of the treatment group of thread embedding therapy was better than the control group of electroacupuncture. Cases treated by thread embedding were found their biliary reflux improved and their gastric mucosa significantly improved. Conclusion： The treatment group of thread embedding therapy have better therapeutic effect on primary Bile Reflux Gastritis（ BRG） with short therapeutic course. Thread embedding not only improved BRG patients’ objective indexes and clinical symptoms,but also improve the degree of bile reflux,enhance gastric peristalsis,so that the primary bile reflux gastritis patients with gastric mucosa tend to be normal.
