摘要
目的:观察俞募配穴埋线疗法对原发性胆汁返流性胃炎(BRG)内镜下胃黏膜组织的病理变化并探讨部分作用机制。方法:将72例原发性胆汁返流性胃炎(BRG)患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组37例采用俞募配穴埋线法,对照组35例采用俞募配穴针刺法,治疗1个疗程后观察两组前后内镜下疗效差异及病理学积分评定。结果:俞募配穴埋线法总有效率为89.19%,俞募配穴针刺法为80.00%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均可改善患者内镜下黏膜组织水肿、胃小凹增生、黏膜机增生、血管扩张程度、炎症程度;其中,俞募配穴埋线法对黏膜组织水肿、血管扩张程度、炎症程度改善更明显,两组比较有显著性差异;两组疗效相比,以俞募配穴埋线组为优。结论:俞募配穴埋线疗法能有效改善原发性胆汁返流性胃炎患者内镜下病理积分程度,使原发性胆汁返流性胃炎患者的胃黏膜趋于正常化。
Objective：To observe the influence of Shu -Mu catgut embedding therapy on bile reflux gastritis （BRG）pathologi- cal changes and the mechanism of gastric mucosa gastritis under gastroscope. Methods ： Sevtenty - two cases were separated into a treatment group （37 cases） and a control group （35cases） randomly according to table of random number. The treatment group were treated with Shu - Mu thread embedding therapy and the control group were treated with Shu - Mu electroacupuncture. After 28 days,the scores of clinic symptoms, degree of bile reflux and gastric mucosa under gastroscopy were observed for comparing with those before treatment. Results ：The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.19% while that of the control group was 80. 00% and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The two groups can improve patients undergoing endoscopic mucosa edema, foveolar hyperplasia, mucosa hyperplasia, vascular dilation and the degree of inflammation. Comparing the efficacy of the two groups, the catgut embedding group was better. Conclusion ： Shu - Mu catgut embedding therapy can effectively improve the prima- ry BRG endoscopic pathological degree integral, making bile reflux gastritis gastric mucosa tend to be normalizing.
