摘要
"新专业主义"强调专业标准、绩效与持续性专业发展,已主导了英国教师专业发展政策近20年。其产生与发展的背景根植于新自由主义的执政模式,极大地挑战了传统的英国教师专业发展理念。时至今日,"新专业主义"在英国的实施仍面临很大的困难和质疑。
The New Professionalism which highlights professional criteria, performance accountability and continuous professional development has been leading the policy of teachers' professional development in England for nearly 20 years. While rooted in the neo-liberal political pattern, it has greatly challenged the traditional ideal of teachers' professional development in England. Up to now, the implementation of New Professionalism in England still remains to be a debatable issue with roughness.
