摘要
目的：通过调查医养结合养老机构老年人对医疗服务的评价状况,探究其影响因素,为提高养老机构医疗服务质量提供参考。方法：应用自行设计的调查问卷,采用多阶段分层抽样的方法抽取山东省1 648位60岁及以上老年人作为调查对象。运用聚类分析、χ-2检验和二项Logistic回归分析对老年人医疗服务评价及影响因素进行分析。结果：＂医养分离＂养老机构中,年龄越大、健康状况越好、入住时间越长的老年人对医疗服务评价越好;医养结合养老机构中,未婚老年人对医疗服务评价较差;上缴费用越多、公办公营型养老机构的老年人对医疗服务的评价较好。结论：应该加强养老机构内医疗服务场所建设,促进公办民营、民办民营型养老机构医疗服务的发展,改善老年人的就医环境,帮助其获得便捷、高效的医疗服务。
Objective： The study aimed to investigate the medical service evaluation status for the elderly in pension institution combined with medical service,and to explore its influencing factors to provide a reference for improving the quality of medical services for the aged in pension. Methods： We used multi-stage stratified sampling method to selected 648 persons aged 60 and above from Shandong Province. Based on the results of self-designed questionnaires,the Cluster analysis,χ^2test and Logistic regression analysis methods were used to analyze the evaluation status about medical service for the elderly and its influencing factors. Results： In the pension institutions without medical care,older age,better health conditions,and longer check-in time for elderly people in pension institutions declared better medical services evaluation. In the pension institution combined with medical service,medical services evaluation of unmarried elderly people was poor,while those who have more fees paid or live in the public pension institutions emphasized a better evaluation. Conclusion： Medical services establishments＇ construction should be strengthened within pension institutions,the development of public and private construction and management pension institutions should be promoted,and medical treatment environment for elderly people should be improved. Through these measures we can help them get convenient and efficient medical services.
