摘要
目的探讨自护宣教对直肠癌结肠造口患者自我效能及应对方式的影响。方法随机双盲法将86例直肠癌结肠造口患者分为对照组与观察组各43例,对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组则行个性化自护宣教,比较两组干预前后自我效能评分、自护能力评分及术后6个月生活质量评分。结果观察组干预后自我效能评分及自护能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后6个月在功能维度、症状领域及单项条目评分方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自护宣教能明显提高直肠癌结肠造口患者自我效能水平及自护能力,进而显著改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-care education on self-efficacy and self-care ability in patients with rectal cancer receiving colostomy. Methods Eighty-six patients with rectal cancer receiving colostomy were randomly assigned with 1:1 ratio to the control group or the intervention group. Patients in the control group received routine health education and those in the intervention group received individualized self-care education.The scores of self-efficacy, self-care ability and quality of life at 6 months postoperative were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The scores of self-efficacy and self-care ability of the intervention group after the intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). There were statistically significant differences in functional dimensions, symptom field and individual item scores between the two groups at 6 months postoperative(P〈0.05). Conclusion Self-care education can significantly improve self-efficacy level and self-care ability of patients with rectal cancer receiving colostomy and significantly improve the quality of life of these patients.
