摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对直肠癌结肠造口术患者的生存质量情况。方法:分析直肠癌结肠造口术患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行分组,普通护理干预组30例和综合护理干预组30例。结果:综合护理干预组造口术治疗知识、对造口术态度、对造口术环境、对造口术后恢复信心评分均优于普通护理干预组,综合护理干预组吻合口复发率、吻合口周围复发率、感染发生率、护患纠纷发生率、护理工作差错率均优于普通护理干预组,研究结果的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预应用于直肠癌结肠造口术患者可以提高直肠癌结肠造口术患者认知程度,降低术后并发症,提高护理质量。
Objective To analyzed the quality of life impact on rectal colostomy patients by comprehensive nursing interven- tion. Method To analyze clinical data of rectal colostomy patients in our hospital which was to be divided into general nursing intervention group with 30 cases and comprehensive nursing intervention group with 30 cases. Results The fistulization for knowledge,attitude,ostomy, ostomy environment,and after the restoration of confidence score for ostomy of comprehensive nursing intervention group were better than general nursing intervention group. Anastomotic recurrence rates, around the anastomotic recurrence rate ,infection rate, rate of nurse - pa- tient disputes, nursing error rate were also better （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, and the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion Improving the cognitive degree of rectal cancer patients with colostomy of rectal colostomy patients by comprehensive nursing intervention. It also can re- duce the postoperative complications, and improve the quality of nursing.
