摘要
目的:探讨激励护理干预在HICH患者术后康复护理中的应用价值。方法:按照随机数字表法,将45例于2017年1月至2020年12月在我院接受医治的HICH手术患者分为对照组(22例)和观察组(23)例。对照组患者进行常规护理干预,观察组患者采取激励护理干预,两组均干预15d;比较两组患者干预后GSES评分,以及干预前后SDS、SAS评分、BI和WHOQOL-BREF评分。结果:观察组患者自我概念、健康知识、自护技能、自护责任感及自护能力总分均高于对照组;相较干预前,干预后两组SDS、SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;而BI和WHOQOL-BREF评分较干预前均升高,观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:激励护理干预在HICH患者术后康复护理中可有效发挥改善抑郁、焦虑情绪和生存质量的作用,同时可提高患者日常生活活动能力和自我效能感,加快恢复进程。
Objective:To explore the application value of motivational nursing intervention in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of HICH patients.Methods:According to the random number table method,45 patients with HICH who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were divided into a control group(22 cases)and an observation group(23)cases.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention for 15 d,and patients in the observation group received incentive nursing intervention.Both groups intervened to discharge.Compared to before the intervention,The GSES scores,SDS,SAS scores,BI and WHOQOL-BREF scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The total scores of self-concept,health knowledge,self-care skills,self-care responsibility and self-care ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups after the intervention were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group The scores of BI and WHOQOL-BREF were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion:Motivational nursing intervention can effectively improve depression,anxiety and quality of life in postoperative rehabilitation care of HICH patients.At the same time,it can improve the patients'activities of daily living and self-efficacy,and accelerate the recovery process.
