摘要
高等教育评估制度已成为各国高等教育研究的重点内容,它是保障高等教育质量的有效手段。日本推动高等教育发展与改革的重点主要集中在提高大学的教育质量上,并形成了以自我评估为基础、以第三方评估为主体的多元化评估体制,对完善我国高等教育评估制度建设具有借鉴意义。通过比较中日高等教育评估的主体、指标体系、组织机构以及法律法规等,对完善我国高等教育评估制度提出合理化建议。
Higher education assessment, an effective means to guarantee the quality of higher education, has become a research focus in various countries. In recent years, the reform and development of Japanese higher education mainly focus on improving the education quality of universities, and form a diversified assessment system based on self evaluation and third party e- valuation, which can be used for reference in higher education evaluation in China. Therefore, this paper brings forward reasonable suggestions to perfect the evaluation system for Chinese higher education, through the comparative study on the higher education＇s assessment subject, indicator system, institutional framework and regulations between China and Japan.
