摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-9（IL-9）在溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠黏膜中的表达及临床意义。方法 回顾性分析2013年12月-2015年12月本院收治的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床病理资料,同时选取同期的20例健康体检者作为正常对照组。采用免疫组化法检测溃疡性结肠炎患者及正常对照组结肠黏膜中IL-9的表达水平。结果UC患者结肠黏膜中的IL-9阳性细胞百分率显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。UC患者中中重度组结肠黏膜中的IL-9阳性细胞百分率显著高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。20-49岁者结肠黏膜中的IL-9阳性细胞百分率高于〈20岁组及〉49岁组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。UC组中女性结肠黏膜中的IL-9阳性细胞百分率与男性比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 IL-9在溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠黏膜中显著表达,且其与溃疡性结肠炎的病情严重程度呈正相关,推测IL-9在溃疡性结肠炎的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of interleukin-9 （IL-9） in colonic mucosa in ulcerative colitis （UC） patients.Methods Clinical pathologic materials of 60 patients with ulcerative colitis from December 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.20 healthy people in the same period were selected as normal control group.The expression level of IL-9 in colonic mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry in UC group and normal control group.Results The percentage of positive cell of IL-9 in colonic mucosa in UC group was higher than that in the normal control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.In UC group,the expression of IL-9 in the moderate to severe group was higher than that in the mild group,while the expression in cases between 20 to 49 years old was higher than that the other,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.But the expression of IL-9 was not significant difference between men and women.Conclusion The expression of IL-9 in colonic mucosa in UC is expressed significantly,which is related to the severity of UC disease.So it is speculated that IL-9 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis.
