摘要
目的对尿蛋白定性检测为阴性的糖尿病(DM)患者同时检测尿β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)、α_1-微球蛋白(α_1-MG)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys-C),探讨联合检测该4项指标在诊断DM早期肾脏损害方面的价值。方法健康对照组60例,DM组60例,均分别利用乳胶增强免疫比浊法同时检测尿β_2-MG、α_1-MG和Cys-C,利用免疫比浊法检测IgG。结果 DM组尿β2-MG、α_1-MG、IgG和Cys-C与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。尿β_2-MG、α_1-MG、IgG和Cys-C单独检测时的敏感性分别为46.7%、43.3%、63.3%、66.7%,4项联合检测的敏感性为91.7%。结论在DM患者肾脏损害的早期诊断中,尿β_2-MG、α_1-MG、IgG和Cys-C联合检测可以提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of detection of urine β_2-MG,α_1-MG,lgG and Cys-C for early kidney damage of Diabetes Mellitus.Methods The urine β_2-MG,α_1-MG and Cys-C in the control group( 60 patients) and the Diabetes Mellitus group( 60 patients)were detected by latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method.The lg G was detected by radiation turbidimetric method.Result The urine β_2-MG,α_1-MG,lgG and Cys-C in Diabetes Mellitus group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P 〈0.01).The sensitive detection of urine β_2-MG,α_1-MG,lg G and Cys-C was 46.7%,43.3%,63.3% and 66.7%,respectively.The sensitive detection of urine β_2-MG,α_1-MG,lgG and Cys-C was 91.7%.Conclusions The combined detection of urine β_2-MG,α_1-MG,lgG and Cys-C can increase the diagnostic accuracy in early kidney damage for Diabetes Mellitus.
